We started with listening: dozens of conversations to map how work really flowed, where decisions stalled, and what people wished they could say out loud.
Together we redesigned the operating rhythm around outcomes — clearer ownership, fewer meetings, and a shared language for what "done" and "good" mean. Then we coached leaders to hold the new standard.
